Title-24 Compliance

Charlie Yu & Associates, Inc. provides fast and reliable Title 24 Energy Compliance service for both residential and nonresidential buildings. Our staff has experience working on the Title 24 Standards and is up to date with the latest code changes and compliance updates. As a result, we are also in a unique position to assist projects in exceeding Title 24 requirements in order to obtain Leadership in Energy Efficiencient Design (LEED) certification as well as Savings By Design (SBD) benefits. Our modeling team will perform parametric runs to determine appropriate tradeoffs for high performance buildings in order to meet your design needs.

What we provide:

  • (2) 8x11 signed and stamped hardcopies of the Title 24 report ready for building department submittal
  • (3) 24x36 signed and stamped hardcopies of the Title 24 compliance certificates ready for building department submittal
  • Electronic copy of the Title 24 report in PDF format
  • Electronic copy of the Title 24 compliance certificates in DWG format

  • Conditioned floor area(s)
  • Floor plans showing location of windows and doors
  • Elevation plans
  • Window and door schedules
  • Heating and cooling equipment (mechanical plans if there is more than one zone)
  • Hot water system type
  • Owner and designer information including project address
